The cost of feed generally represents between 60-70% of the total cost of animal production, feed efficiency is a major parameter to consider when optimizing the cost of production. Enzymes have been used commercially for nearly 40 years and save significant costs through sparing of expensive nutrients. Use of enzymes increases feed ingredient digestibility, therefore contributing to enhanced weight gain and feed conversion.

§ Brenzyme Phos is a new generation thermostable 6-Phytase containing enzyme that breaks down phytic acid and releases phosphorus and minerals.

§ Its thermostable characted provides a higher stability at low pH and high temperatures compared to coated.

§ Brenzyme Phos provides an increase in Phosphorus, Calcium, Zinc and Magnesium digestion. Phosphorus is an essential trace element in animal nutrition. It is used in the development of the skeletal system, in the formation of egg shells.

§ Energy, amino acid and mineral gains (Zn, Fe, Ca, ...) are provided indirectly with the Brenzyme Phos.

§ At low pH, phytic acid reduces the utilization of proteins and reduces the metabolic energy from the diet. The bioavailability of some metal ions is reduced with phytic acid when PH is neutral. Phytic acid is effectively and rapidly degraded by the addition of Brenzyme Phos.
